Allesaura is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for every client. The policies below explain what you can expect when scheduling and receiving services with Allesaura.

By booking an appointment or private group experience, you acknowledge the policies applicable to your service. Service-specific intake and informed consent may also be required during booking.

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Individual appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

For individually purchased appointments, eligible payments may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, maintained as an account credit, or refunded according to the circumstances and applicable Allesaura policies.

When an appointment is redeemed through a package, the corresponding package appointment will remain available when cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late cancellations. The appointment fee or applicable package appointment may be forfeited. Allesaura may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at its discretion when circumstances reasonably warrant an exception.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee or applicable package appointment.

Payment, Packages & Refunds

Payment for individual appointments is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Services purchased through an Allesaura package are redeemed according to the appointments included with that package. Package recommendations regarding frequency or suggested completion time are intended to support continuity of care and do not create an automatic expiration unless specifically disclosed at purchase.

Any applicable travel charge will be communicated after the service address is verified and before the appointment takes place. Travel charges are separate from the scheduled service price unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, credits, and rescheduling are handled according to the cancellation terms above and any additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Introductory rate for purchases made through December 31, 2026. Applicable mobile travel fees are additional.

Mobile Services & Travel*

*Allesaura currently provides services on a mobile and distance (virtual) basis. Travel fees only apply to mobile visits.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate service address and any information necessary for safe and reasonable access to the location.

Travel within 10 road miles one way of Allesaura’s established service base is included in the appointment price.

Locations more than 10 miles away may incur the following travel charge:

More than 10–15 miles: $10
More than 15–20 miles: $20
More than 20–30 miles: $35, when travel is approved

Travel beyond 30 miles may be considered for private groups, multiple appointments at one location, or other qualifying circumstances and will be quoted individually.

For mobile appointments booked online, Allesaura will verify the one-way road distance to the service address provided during booking. Any applicable travel charge will be added to the appointment after the service address is verified. Clients will be notified of the additional charge and any remaining balance due.

Travel beyond 20 miles requires prior approval. If an appointment is booked for a location outside the standard service area without prior approval, Allesaura will contact the client to determine whether the appointment can be accommodated or needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.

Only one travel charge per visit/location applies, regardless of the number of participants receiving services during that visit.

Travel time does not reduce your scheduled service time.

Late Arrival & Access

Please be ready and available at the scheduled appointment time.

If you are late or unavailable when Allesaura arrives, the amount of service time available may be reduced. Whenever reasonably possible, the appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time so subsequent appointments and travel commitments are not affected.

If Allesaura is unable to access the service location or contact you for approximately 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

If a delay is caused by Allesaura, you will not lose paid service time whenever reasonably possible.

Illness & Weather

Please contact Allesaura as soon as reasonably possible if you develop symptoms of a contagious illness or another health circumstance that may make an in-person mobile visit inappropriate.

Allesaura may request that an appointment be rescheduled when illness creates a reasonable concern for the client, practitioner, household members, or subsequent clients. Reasonable exceptions to cancellation policies may be considered for unexpected illness or emergencies at Allesaura's discretion.

Because Allesaura provides mobile services, weather and road conditions may affect safe travel. If severe weather, hazardous road conditions, emergency restrictions, or another legitimate safety concern makes travel unreasonable, the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

Private Group Reiki Experiences

Private group experiences are reserved with the applicable deposit:

Gather & Restore: $40 deposit
The Restorative Circle: $60 deposit
The Caregiver Reset: $90 deposit

The deposit is applied toward the total event price. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event.

For cancellations made at least 7 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred once to a mutually available new date within approximately 90 days, subject to availability.

For cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the event, the deposit may be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total event price. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inability to access the scheduled location may result in the full event price becoming due.

The group price is based on the reserved experience and is not reduced when individual participants are unable to attend.

The host is responsible for providing an appropriate location and ensuring that Allesaura can reasonably access and prepare the space. Delays caused by the host or location may reduce available event time without reducing the event price.

If Allesaura must cancel the event, the host may choose an appropriate rescheduled date or receive a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled event.

Practitioner Cancellations

If Allesaura must cancel an individual appointment, you may reschedule or receive a refund of eligible amounts paid for that appointment. Package appointments will remain available for future use.

Clients will not be charged a cancellation penalty when Allesaura initiates the cancellation.
