ABOUT ALLESAURA

Care for the whole person.

Not just the part that needs “fixing”.

Allesaura was created from a simple belief: wellness should be available to all of us. I am Rhiannon, RN, BSN, and my approach brings together more than ten years of nursing experience, the restorative practice of Reiki, and a person-centered wellness approach to provide support that is grounded, personal, and human.

Mind • Body • Spirit

After more than ten years of experience across different settings, specialties, and populations, there is one thing I absolutely stand by—nurses care for the whole person when working with patients.

We’re trained to look beyond the immediate concern. We consider the things that influence a person’s ability to participate in their health and wellness—their support system, environment, safety, access to resources, mobility, independence, communication, emotional well-being, and so much more.

That perspective has stayed with me throughout my nursing career.

I believe health and wellness should be collaborative. Your goals should reflect what matters to you, what you’re willing and able to work on, the barriers you’re facing, and the strengths and resources you already have.

We are all human. Wellness doesn’t happen in isolation, and there is rarely one single piece of the puzzle.

And that is how Allesaura was born.

“Imagine what the heath care system might look like if it were run by nurses…”

NURSE-LED WELLNESS

Clinical Perspective. Whole-Person Care.

My nursing background shapes the way I listen, educate, communicate, and support you. It means looking beyond a single concern to consider the many parts of your life that can influence your health and well-being.

Nurse-led wellness at Allesaura is collaborative, educational, and centered around you—your goals, your priorities, and what feels realistic in your life.

WHAT NURSE-LED WELLNESS IS

• Whole-person focused — considering the physical, emotional, social, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence wellness.

• Collaborative — your goals, priorities, values, and lived experience help guide our work together.

• Educational — helping you better understand health and wellness information so you can make informed decisions.

• Practical — identifying realistic steps, resources, strengths, and strategies that can support your goals.

• Preventive-minded — supporting healthy behaviors and recognizing opportunities to address concerns before they become larger barriers.

WHAT NURSE-LED WELLNESS IS NOT

• A replacement for your healthcare team or the ongoing care they provide.

• Medical diagnosis or treatment of illness, injury, or mental health conditions.

• Prescribing, changing, or recommending changes to medications or prescribed treatment plans.

• Psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency care.

• A quick fix or one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness.

Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is not medical or mental health treatment. My nursing credentials do not make Reiki a medical treatment.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT

Come As You Are.

You may know exactly what kind of support you're looking for. You may simply know that something needs to feel different.

Either is enough.

You don't need the perfect goal, the perfect words, or a plan for what comes next.

We'll begin with where you are.
