GETTING STARTED
Not Sure Where to Begin?
-
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you begin. If you’re looking primarily for rest, relaxation, and restorative space, Reiki may be a good place to start. If you’d like to reflect on your wellness, explore goals, and make meaningful changes with nurse-led support, RN Health & Wellness Coaching may be a better fit. If you’re looking for both reflection and restoration, an Integrated Wellness experience brings the two together.
Still unsure? A complimentary Discovery Call is a simple place to start.
-
No. You’re welcome to book Reiki, an Initial RN Wellness Coaching Session, or a Whole-Person Wellness Session directly. The complimentary Discovery Call is available if you have questions or would like help understanding your options before beginning.
-
Allesaura offers nurse-led wellness support, but its wellness services are not a replacement for medical or mental health evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency care. RN Health & Wellness Coaching focuses on education, reflection, goals, and whole-person wellness support within nursing scope. Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is not medical treatment.
-
Allesaura currently offers both distance services via live video call and mobile services from the comfort of your own, suitable space for Reiki, RN Health & Wellness Coaching, and Integrated Wellness experiences.
REIKI
What to Expect From Reiki.
-
Reiki is a gentle complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, rest, and a sense of balance and connection. During a session, you’re invited to slow down, step away from everyday demands, and simply receive.
-
We’ll begin with a brief check-in and make sure you’re comfortable before getting settled for your session. Reiki is typically offered while you rest on a treatment table, with the experience adapted to your comfort, preferences, and any positioning needs you’ve shared.
-
Reiki may be offered with gentle, non-invasive touch or with hands positioned just above the body. Your preferences and boundaries always come first. You’ll have an opportunity to identify areas where you prefer no touch, and you can change your preference at any time.
-
Yes. Reiki is provided while you remain fully clothed. Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax is recommended.
-
Nothing elaborate is required. I’ll bring the primary supplies needed for your session. You’ll simply need enough clear space for the treatment table and room for me to move comfortably around it. A reasonably quiet area where you’re able to relax is ideal.
-
No. Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency care. Reiki does not require you to discontinue or change care recommended by your healthcare providers.
RN HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Support for Where You Are—and Where You Want to Go.
-
RN Health & Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach to wellness. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life, what matters to you, and where you’d like to create change. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, provide education when appropriate, and support you in identifying realistic next steps that fit your life.
-
Coaching can support many areas of everyday wellness, including stress management, self-care, routines, life transitions, caregiver wellness, healthy habits, navigating competing priorities, and reconnecting with your own needs. Your goals and priorities guide the work we do together.
-
No. Although I bring my education and experience as a Registered Nurse to our work together, coaching is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or care from your physician, APRN, therapist, or other treating healthcare professional.
-
No. You don’t need a diagnosis or specific health concern to benefit from coaching. You may simply feel overwhelmed, stuck, ready for a change, or interested in becoming more intentional about your overall well-being.
-
Your Initial RN Wellness Coaching Session gives us more time to explore what brings you to coaching, what is currently affecting your well-being, what matters most to you, and what you would like to work toward. From there, we can identify priorities and begin creating realistic next steps together.
-
There isn’t one schedule that works for everyone. Many clients may benefit from meeting every two to three weeks when beginning, then spacing sessions farther apart as they put what they’re learning into practice. Your pace can be adjusted based on your goals, needs, and preferences.

STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
If you didn’t find what you were looking for, I’m happy to help.
-
Individual mobile sessions are generally available within 20 miles of Allesaura’s established service area- Charlton, Ma. Travel beyond 20 miles may be considered for private groups, multiple sessions, or other qualifying circumstances. If you’re unsure whether your location is within range, reach out before booking.
-
Yes, only with mobile visits. Travel within 10 road miles one way of Allesaura’s established service base is included in your mobile appointment price. After booking, Allesaura will verify the service address you provide. Locations more than 10–15 miles away have a $10 travel fee, and locations more than 15–20 miles away have a $20 travel fee. Any applicable travel charge will be added to your appointment after your address is verified, and you’ll be notified of any remaining balance due. Travel beyond 20 miles requires prior approval and may have an additional travel charge.
-
You’ll need a reasonably quiet, accessible space with enough room for the session. I’ll bring the primary supplies needed for your experience. During booking, you’ll also have an opportunity to share parking, entry, accessibility, pet, or other details that will help the visit go smoothly.
-
That’s okay—your home doesn’t need to become a silent retreat before I arrive. For Reiki and Integrated Wellness sessions, however, it’s helpful to arrange for as few interruptions as reasonably possible so you can fully settle into your time. Please let me know about pets in advance so we can plan appropriately.
-
Private Group Reiki Experiences are designed for groups of 2–8 people and are planned individually based on your group size, location, and the experience you choose. Start by submitting a Private Group Inquiry. I’ll follow up to discuss the details, confirm availability, and coordinate booking and payment. Group experiences generally require at least two weeks’ advance notice.
-
Individual appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the appointment fee or package credit being forfeited. Private group experiences have separate cancellation and deposit terms because time and travel are reserved specifically for the group. Full details are available in Allesaura’s Policies & Client Terms.
-
Safety comes first. If illness, severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or another circumstance makes an in-person visit inappropriate, we’ll communicate about rescheduling. Weather-related changes made because travel is unsafe can be rescheduled without penalty. Please reach out as soon as possible if illness may affect your appointment.

Distance Reiki is a level II Reiki practitioner skill performed virtually via live video call. I will meet with you to set your intentions and perform Reiki virtually. After we have met and intentions have been set for the session, you may turn your camera off as long as the connection remains open.
